Ok My Boyfriend Who Is 44 Yr Old Has Been

ok my boyfriend who is 44 yr old has been in bed for 4 days with pain in lower abdomen diarreah and cant seem to eat because it goes right through him .also has exhibited some chest pain in the middle of his chest but no sweating or other symptoms of heart attack I m guessing acid reflux but he refuses to go to er to get checked I am putting my email at end please help any suggestions appreciated and thank you in advance
