Ok So I Had My Period Start On April 3

ok so i had my period start on april 3 lasted to the 8th started ovulation test next day clear blue digital hit my peak on the 14th we been having sex everyday since my period ended but just on the 17th and the 18th stared spotting now today heavy bleeding cramps why am i having another period so soon and right after my test came up positive to begin ovulation im trying to get pregnant so i dont know what this means kind of throwing me off what do i do (been taking prenatal vitamins as well ) please help
