Ok There Was An Incidental Find During A Sever Cluster

ok there was an incidental find during a sever cluster headache and I told that I had a 2.6mm aneurysm with a 2mm tail. CT was done with/without contrast. Then I went back and they did a CT without/contrast and I was told that the aneurysm was not detected, I demanded a CT with contrast and they said it was still there but had not grown in 3 yrs. Now, I just had a CT with/without contrast and was told that there was no notation of the aneurysm. Can the body absorb the cranial/optical aneurysm?? I still have sever headaches almost everyday
