Ok...I Have Had Stomach Flu For The Past 3 Days..low

ok...I have had stomach flu for the past 3 days..low grade fever, stomach pain, diarrhea, and no appetite.
Anyhow, I am also on Bacterium antibiotics. I can't take them bc my stomach can't handle it. Can I just stop the pills and take again when I feel better?
