Okay I Have Been To The Hospital Several Times. I

okay I have been to the hospital several times. I have been told multiple time that I have scabies or a bacterial infection. I have treated myself multiple times. I have red itchy bumps and lines. They randomly pop up on my butt area, legs, arms, and hands. Sometimes the bumps don't itchy and they have become less annoying. Ive also notice if I rub my arm the wrong way or put pressure on it a certain way the bumps pop up.
