Okay After Christmas. I Noticed By Face Has Been Itching

okay after Christmas. I noticed by face has been itching really bad. I have taken benadryl pills and cream. The pills calm the itch down a little, but my face is still itching throughout the day. I have little bumps on my chest and on my eyelids. I am African- American not sure why my skin is itching the way it is.
