Okay So During Last Month's Pack Of Junel Fe 1/20

okay so during last month's pack of junel fe 1/20 I didn't miss any pills. I had sex a few times and the first time the guy never came because he was so drunk. the second and third times we used condoms. then I skipped my sugar pill week and started my next pack instead so obviously I never got my period. during the first week of my new pack, I threw up the third day of the pack but immediately took the next pill. I had sex the night before I threw up the pill but the guy pulled out when he finished so he didn't finish inside me. I've been taking my pills regularly now and technically haven't missed any since I immediately took the next pill when I threw up the pill the third day. is there any chance I could pregnant from any of these cases?
