Okay...i Have Got So Many Spots On Face...they Are Only

okay...i have got so many spots on face...they are only in the right sight....i got no spot in any other places and even if i get them, they disappears after a few days...but im having the spots on my right face since 1.5 years...i have tried everything but all were of no use...can you recommend something?
