On Jan 18, Slipped On Ice Broke Both Tibia And

on Jan 18, slipped on ice broke both tibia and fibia almost a compond fracture, did not break the skin, i am now in therapy but the top of my food still remains tight and a little numb, still have pain and sometimes it feels like it will never be well again, don't know if i have nerve damage or something else was wondering if electrical therapy would help
