On Monday I Was In The Dentist Chair For A

on Monday I was in the dentist chair for a long time. SInce then I have had chest & back tightness intermittently. On Wednesday I was fine but then it came back again. Tonight it has gotten worse where my breathing is affected. THe back pain did dim down with Advil. Could I have a pinched nerve? Thank you.
