On My Right Foot The Toe Next To The Big

on my right foot the toe next to the big one is hurting ever bad 1-10 I say 8 where the toe meets my foot on the bottom there is a knot and the toe is swollen and there is a red mark on the top of the toe and my big toe has a red mark on it too but it dose not hurt just the one beside it the pain shoot's up my leg
