On My Right Upper Quadrant Of My Abdomen Underneath My

on my right upper quadrant of my abdomen underneath my rib cage i have been feeling like a shiver but I'm not cold. Its been happening for about a month now and yesterday and today has been happening a lot more frequent. Is this serious should i get checked out? Ive seen things about acute pancreitis but i have no pain at all
