on my wife's left leg, between the knee and the ankle. It appears that it looks like a some "scratch mark" of some sort, and then my wife noticed that her pant leg was wet, didn't pay attention to it today and thought that it was from snow that may have melted on her pant leg. Now we are ready to retire for the night and she said that her leg feels like it is wet, she asked me to check her leg to see if something had popped or whatever. So I looked at it and like I said it looks like a small "scratch" and tiny "water beads" appear on the scratch mark, it's not blood - its white water. Then I use my hand/fingers to wipe the area of the water beads that were dripping and it reoccurs with more "water beads". Is this something that we should be concerned about? What is this, and why is it doing this?
