On The 05/09/2014 I Was Asked To Test My Urine

on the 05/09/2014 i was asked to test my urine and semen . in which the report said Organisms grown : Staphylococcus Haemolyticus. and a not after the report which said : could be coloniser flora. Please corelate clinically. i was prescribed niftran 100mg, Flotral and 1week of alfakim 500mg every alternate. After all the medication i was not able to visit the doctor again. I feel something is going wrong in the lower part of my body. don't have that proper erectile and proper semen either. Just worried if it is anything serious. . . . . could you please suggest with the info provided.
