One Year Post Surgery For Repair Of Complete Rotator Cuff

one year post surgery for repair of complete rotator cuff tear in left shoulder. Torn from the humerus and anchored back on. Strength has partly returned but my abduction is poor in strength and I do have pain. also have significant "grinding" in that shoulder. Any thoughts.
