One Yr Old Got Into Laundry Cupboard, Spilled Fabric Conditioner

one yr old got into laundry cupboard, spilled fabric conditioner and played in it for a few minutes, dont think he ingested any but not definite on that! he was fine until now 20 hrs later and has vomited? no fever! he had a bad cough for past 36 hrs ! i am worried about fabric softner ingestion? He seemed fine all day.
