or 5 days now I have had cramping, urgency to poop, fluffy light in color to yellow stool. Worse after i eat.. Unable to eat much of anything than a liqued diet for 5 days. Never had this before. Feels like period cramps. Waking up during the night to go. Afraid to eat much. Any ideas?
