Our 16 Year Old Has Had A Headache Since 10

our 16 year old has had a headache since 10 o'clock this a.m. It has put him in the bed all day, vomiting this afternoon. He had this same thing about 5 months ago and he hyperventilated. Lost the feeling in his hands, feet. This migraine is as intense as the previous one. We have a mask on him for hyperventilation because he is having numbness in the fingers. SHould we take him to the ER?
