Our 24 Year Old Son Suffers From Seizures Since Birth;

our 24 year old son suffers from seizures since birth; our present neurologist has him on Valproic acid, lacosamide, and carabamezepine. He has a medical marijuana license which he receives 2 doses a day. We wanted him off of valproic acid first but his neurologists is weaning him off of carabamezepine first. Since the change in meds he is often emotional and subject to great moments of anger and rage in which the house gets destroyed. His neurologist is dead set against the inclusion of marijuana and on our last visit said, "tell him what meds we want and he will prescribe".
We are looking not for a cure but help in reducing moments of rage, emotional moments where he cries most of the day. We live near Toronto and are open to finding a neurologist that has the patience to work with us to improve the quality of life for our son
