Our Golden Retriever Started Limping A Couple Days Ago And

our golden retriever started limping a couple days ago and wont eat, now he cant get up or walk, we hyad blood work done a couple days ago and they said he had an infection and an unusaully hi whote blood cell count? he has taken all of his anti-biotics but doesnt seem to be getting any better?
