Over 6 Months I Have Been Having This Feeling That

over 6 months I have been having this feeling that comes over my neck into my head get dizzy head painthen have like muffal going on in my ears sounds like you are talking though my head and feel like I going to pass out I do get sick feel like I going though up the very weak. I call them spells when I have them I cant climb the stairs at work or my step into my house . my test that I have down ruled out my heart, no ear infection would you have a clue what it may be Thanks Denis
