Over Hour Ago My Legs Got Caught In Dogs Leash

over hour ago my legs got caught in dogs leash I fell straight back onto street pavement hitting it very hard with buttocks first then head. my head is still bleeding a little I think from a small metal barett that pulled hair back. I don't know lenght of cut or depth can't see behind back of head. no headache or vision issues yet but still bleeding lightly. wanted to avoid ER because fighting off bad cold. what should I do since I don't I ish if get at or travel from street caused bleed or if theres more to it than I can tell.
