Over The Past Six Weeks I've Had Four Episodes That

over the past six weeks I've had four episodes that last about 30 minutes during which my heart begins to pound, my head has pressure especially behind my eyes, my lips swell, my hands and armpits become very itchy, and my throat is pasty and dry. It usually ends when I have a bowel movement and lay down and go to sleep. Any idea what is causing these?
