Over Worked My Shoulder About 2 Weeks Ago. The Doctor

over worked my shoulder about 2 weeks ago. the doctor place on methpredisone. I advised my hands were tingling, he advised it was probably due to inflammation. after completing the pack for the prescription, nothing changed and I am now experiencing tingling in my feet as well, any idea what could be causing it. I still don't have full motion of my shoulder/arm.
