Pain In Lower Left Back/hi And Abdomen Radiates To Thighs

pain in lower left back/hi and abdomen radiates to thighs its chronic been goin o over a year now i have pcos can you advise what may be causuing this it hurts more when sitting for a while there is also pain inside my left heel upon waking in the morning when i walk and gradually gets better during the day
