Pain In The Back Seems To Be Confined To The

pain in the back seems to be confined to the one spot. more in place with my short rib. if i lean to my left i can touch the spot , but also its like i can feel a lump there icant be sure if it is a lump but the pain is definitely localised to that one spot. it can sometimes make me nauseous
