Painful Air Bubble In My Chest Mostly On Left Side

painful air bubble in my chest mostly on left side just underneath my breast area, i have had this for years and it accurrs whenever out of the blue and multiple times and very painfull i am 40 years old now, im just wondering what this could be and its hard to catch my breath when this happens because it hurts to breath in to deeply
