Painful Spots Occurred On Upper Abdomen 3 Weeks Ago, Thought

painful spots occurred on upper abdomen 3 weeks ago, thought shingles, but covering both sides of chest. Dr thought bacterial infection, but told me to apply betnovate with durablase emollient to moisture skin as was severely dehydrated. this has had no impact, now showing other symptoms, such as stolen extremely painful and stiff. There is a white line over knuckles. General movement is effected. any adverse changes by temperatures make my fingers burn, abdomen lower and upper itchy when warm. I have some fluocicillin 250's should i take 1 TDS? Face also swollen and sore, around eyes and extremely painful where blisters have erupted. Can you help?
