Playing Soccer I Went To Reach For The Ball Quickly

playing soccer i went to reach for the ball quickly and felt and heard cartilage pop, 4 consecutive pops as i reached. at first the pain was very tolerable as i finished playing...now about 8 months later, i feel my pelvic region throb at night from this injury that seems to not be healing...i jog and coach and still play easy and it isn't really noticeable until i lay flat and try to turn over in bed. it flat out hurts and makes it difficult to sleep. now the throb keeps me awake even when i am still.
