Please Help Me. I Have Been Having Bumps Deep Under

please help me. I have been having bumps deep under the skin on my earlobe and behind my earlobe for about a year now.. i started squeezing and even poking with needles n knifes to get the pus out.. but now it seems to be spreading to a thick pocket traveling downwards twords my neck. painful when touched and i can not release the pus or whatever is inside.. i have no insurance and dont know what to do. please help
