Please Help Me I'm A Wreck With Panic And I

please help me I'm a wreck with panic and I can't eat or sleep. During sex the condom broke and I took Plan B but I'm scared to death of being pregnant. I'm on birth control but I don't take it on time everyday. I barely get my period while on it so how will I know if I'm not pregnant? Also after sex there was blood running down my leg and this isn't my first time having sex. Please help me I can't function now all I do is think about it. We were trying to be careful with a condom but now I'm terrified. Is there anything else I can do? I cannot have a baby. Please help me.
