Please Sir, I'm A Black Boy.... I Was Given A

please sir, i'm a black boy.... i was given a toned cream to use and i use it at the age of 14 but stop 6mnths later. my skin somehow light up, now i'm 16years old i'm having pimples and acnes... somehow spots.... i don't treat them. but now they forming black dots on my forehead end cheek.... its getting irritated.... please help
