Please Tell Me What Hypervascular Thyroid Nodule Means --HYPERVASCULAR --

please tell me what hypervascular thyroid nodule means --HYPERVASCULAR -- in particular. it pertains to an ultrasound done recently after unusual throid blood test results shortly following a whiplash accident. I have had hashimotos, & hypothyroid condition- since early childhood. i was given radioactive tx very young because I was hyperactive. I have had a thyroid nodule for quite some time - many years.
