Pregnant And Due July 4th. I Have Like Bug Bites

pregnant and due July 4th. I have like bug bites type pustules that itch and scratch off on my belly and neck and under my breast. What could they be?
When I scratch them they come off and bleed and they seem to get bigger when I do not scratch them off?
