Pregnant Or Symptoms Or Depo Withdrawals? Got One Shot Feb.14

pregnant or symptoms or depo withdrawals? Got one shot Feb.14 and didn't return May 17 for next shot, I got my period May 21, had extremely light spotting around June 15 and stopped after about 3 days. I am now having weird pregnancy symptoms like metallic taste, mild cramping, diarrhea, not eating as much but always hungry, feeling tired throughout the day, and peeing at least every hour. My teeth also feel sensitive, Ive taking hpt all negative. I feel like I am going crazy please help
