proplem wen i yawn getting sort of cramp,i have a old incury,around my neck,like a warmer feel,infront chest ,wen i move my head,right left,i have a one inch lump on my neckscare, friday dr tell me if i need a biopsy,but all that waiting,every night i have a sleep ploplem,i sit up and sleep,no incurence,
