Questioning Lyme Disease. Sick In 2013 With Virus...stayed Sick For

questioning lyme disease. Sick in 2013 with virus...stayed sick for months...better on antibiotics, finish meds then sick again. dizziness, shaky, dark circles, fever, raging on and off heat, or extreme cold. 2014- total heart block -SA/AV node stopped 5 times...4 days ICU then pacemaker. Stayed sick and now symptoms worse. I was active realtor, workaholic, to feeling like a sloth with so many different symptoms and only getting worse. Most recent dr asked about a tick bite..yes I had and traced it back to that week prior to "virus" in 2013. Had western blot and one band 66 was positive.With continued symptoms, I am concerned this was lyme carditis...if so, what treatment do I need?
