Quick Question I Was Fooling Around With My Partner And

quick question i was fooling around with my partner and she grabbed hold of my head whilst doing that iv pulled away done somthing to my neck wasnt able to move my head or neck for about an hour and this was at 9am and im still having problem with movement in my neck and its now 7pm
