Rash Underarms, Chest, Neck, And Both Sides Of My Mouth.

rash underarms, chest, neck, and both sides of my mouth. tingling in hands and face. rash started on neck and then underarms in January 2017. it has come and gone since then but is back now, and has moved to my chest and face. I have been to two different doctors, nurse practitioner, and my dermatologist with no resolution.
