re: side effects of Chlorthalidone...has anyone ever reported a strong urine smell while using this med. I have been on 25mg for a couple years...the other dat my BP was 120/50 and the doctor suggested going off this med for a few days...since going off it is the first time in years that I have not had the daily urine smell.....a welcome relief but now i need to ask the dr if there is something else i can use if this truly is a side effect.
