Recently I Noticed A Large, Hard, Unmovable Lump Underneath My

recently I noticed a large, hard, unmovable lump underneath my ear. It's much to large to be a lymph node. I've noticed that whole side of my neck seems a bit swollen, but mostly the area under my ear. I can feel a similar lump on the other side, but it's much much less prominent. This leads me to believe it's something that's swollen as opposed to a new lump, but like I said it's too big to be a lymph node. I'm really concerned it's something serious? What do you think it is?
