Recently Discharged From The Military And I'm A Tad Bit

recently discharged from the military and I'm a tad bit confused by my symptoms. I was showing symptoms for bipolar 1 yet I experienced dissociation, psychotic as well as manic symptoms in accordance with the bipolar. I really wanted to stay in and the only reason i seeked help was because of my sleep problems. Is there any any way I can look into this info. myself because no doctor can seem to come to a common conclusion?
