Recently Has Had The Feeling Of Not Eliminating Fully When

recently has had the feeling of not eliminating fully when going to the bathroom, so I push a little, after I get liquid in my shorts, this was especially noticeable this weekend, i went to my son's home and his wife prepared some Italian beef with a few of her own spices, now I have more leakage in my shorts, is this temporary or do I need to see a doctor? besides the odor, embarrassment, this burns until I clean the area, some thing I do with great frequency given what is going on.........
