Recently I Had A Trauma And A Few Days Later

recently i had a trauma and a few days later i started having pains right in my right breast feels like it could be under my breast its worse when i cough it takes my breathe i cant sniff my nose or sneeze it hurt horribly and only seems to get worse by day. its really getting unbareable and i dont have health insurance but im very worried.
