Recently I Had Dengue , And I Was Gave Two

recently i had dengue , and i was gave two blood platelets by doctor . then my platelets count went up and i was fully recovered . but i was confused that those platelets might have hiv virus i m not sure . then i took elisa test after 40 days from taking blood platelets . and the result is negative is the result is correct ?
