Recently My Eyelids On My Right Side Have Started To

recently my eyelids on my right side have started to involuntarily slow movements and the stop. Now it does the same thing on my cheek and also my mouth. It comes and goes in a couple of second. At times it takes even hours to happen , but at times it comes and goes quite often.
