Red Dots All Over The Body Spread Far Apart And

red dots all over the body spread far apart and in some places close . very few of them as a child but as years go by i known i m get more all the time i was told they are beauty marks. started out with about lets say 12 but over years and the past two years they are tripling or more i would say i have about 30. red like moles very tiny not big at all. sometime i have a few that iche.
