Right Ear Feels Stuffed. Constant Ringing For The Past Few

right ear feels stuffed. constant ringing for the past few weeks. have been dealing with gad for 2 years or so. feeling well then all of a sudden, i feel pressure in my ears and siunses and my eyes stay dialated and i get dizzy. i use a nasal rinse daily (neilmed). sinuss feel clear. i suspect an ear infection.
