Salam! I Was Diagnosed With Typidot Igm Positive On 20

salam! i was diagnosed with typidot igm positive on 20 oct.last year.....i took rocephin injections for one week plus ciprofloxacin for 1 week.....i felt fever but it was not documented on thermometer....well after 10 day i was fine with medication...but offen i feel weakness and chilly with temperature upto 98f
but my igm was never negative in november and december....my blood culture report was negative after 2 weeks of treatment...
now since last 3 to 4 days i am again having feverish feeling....headache....feeling low....mild constipated....feeling chilled and shivering...and again my igm is positive....what should i do????
