scaley, athletes foot type areas. also dry itchy red below the knee. all seemed to appear at about the same time. 1% clotrimazole helps but not enough. treated it every day, once a day for 3 weeks. also tried .1% mometasone furoate for 2 weeks before that in case it may be bacterial.
